Our story
It started out as a love for food, swiftly turning to a passion of food, and now it’s an obsession. We want to share this obsession with you. After cooking with many ingredients from around the world, we quickly realised that great quality ingredients was the linchpin to any spectacular tasting dish. At Bridgford Bites we have a desire to bring you humble, delicious and nutritious dishes. Whether its a tasty dish to your door, or a fabulous extravagant food platter, we’re at your disposal. Our ingredients
With a true passion for simple, high quality food, we truly believe in cooking with the very best ingredients. We are committed to working with local suppliers and ingredients wherever possible, thus reducing our carbon footprint, but also championing the fantastic produce we have available right on our doorstep.
We work with local farmers to source the majority of our meat, however some meats can’t be bought locally such as Wilshire Ham or Dry aged highland angus beef. Our range of cheeses come from a of handful of local and national cheesemakers, most notable the world famous Stilton cheese which is produced only a stones throw away from our West Bridgford based Kitchen. Our Vegetables are always fresh, organic and seasonal wherever possible. We work with a fantastic artisan bakery offering a huge array of only the freshest best quality breads. Every ingredient is carefully selected and considered for only the best eating experience of our delicious humble dishes.
